wanted- second hand horse box, preferably mare and foal box or single. am on a small budget so am not fussed about model/style/colour/age. MUST HAVE GOOD FLOOR and be in good condition.

I dont have one for sale but check out bobs thread or places such a riding schools, buyandsell and donedeal. I would advise though unless you know the person selling it (and you know its in good nick...etc) then get it checked out by a mechanic or someone before buying. just in case there is something wrong ...

Of the two options - a mare and foal box would be preferable. I really would not recommend a single box. They are very unstable and claustrophobic for horses.

or (just had an idea) perhaps if your on a very tight budget and you dont find anything suitable you might be able to just get a loan of one off a friend or even your instructer. It would be perfect if they had a really good box and you only had to pay a small fee everytime you used it. In the mean time you could be saving up more money to buy a better quality one then what you might be able to afford now.

I know id have no problem lending someone my horsebox once it was returned clean and not damaged :)

I have one for sale! I posted it on here a while ago! I still have it if your interested. It's a mare and foal box. in excellent condition as had it refurbished!
