Another query....

Anyone knew of any good suppliers of show jumps amd poles (wooden type) either painted or unpainted?

Again looking for pickup / delivery within reasonable distance of Munster region!

i don't know any where that does WELL PRICED jumps, we're making ours because the other jump companies we looked at cost E120 for 1 pair of up rights!!!

Theres been a few ads on donedeal recently for showjumps and poles. As far as I can remember one had wings for €220 a pair and poles for €20.

Have a flick through the buyandsell too, or even put an ad in. Im sure theres a good few people with a few lying around and might be grateful for a bit of extra cash.

Or you could do like I did and make a few wings (by I...I mean my dad :P ) and then we had loads of round long posts hanging around so I fixed a few of them up and used them to border our grass arena and for jumps themselfs. Although proper ones might just be cheaper!!

Ive heard of greenisle before. they make jumps and stuff....ill have a look on goodle and see if I can get you a link

The Irish Field Directory would have a few pages (I think) of suppliers too. And check out your local agri store they should have a few jumps or wings in...might not be the cheapest though!
