Forum reinstated

As there seems to be increased interest in this forum, it has now been reinstated. We have copied some threads in to start it off. If anybody wants to have other threads moved in here, please contact one of the moderators.

We will trial this forum again for a while, however if it remains unused like the last time it will be closed again.
