Decided to take the plunge and give it a go! Well, Knot69 did!

KK did very well, we are very impressed with him! He tends to lean on the bit so we have done lots of work with him trying to make him soften to it.

No trotting or cantering yet (!) but K69 did loads of direction changes and backing up :)

Might be able to train him western after all :D

very impressive, i once tried this on my old pony, was fine untill cantering, where she stuck her head between her knees and did her impression of a trotter:blushing:....

it was a milestone that's for sure.the fact that he stood wile i got on board just showed the difference in him since i started training a natural way:dance:

Just out of interest - where do your reins attach to the noseband???

Im sure they are not called reins or a noseband but hoepfully you get what I mean :blushing:

through the loops under the fiador knot the rains are just a lead rope.
