Wow its very well done alright. I's obvious that a lot of thought and hard work went into that ad unlike a lot of for sale ads at the moment.
If I was looking for a horse, that place would certainly be top of my list to visit.
However I think maybe they went a teeny bit over the top with all the horses lying down, that would not really entice me to buy a horse, i'd like a well trained horse alright, and yes maybe asking it to lie down is just another example of 'training' but why would you ever need your horse to lie down? Just my opinion though.

Is that Olivia Johnson? It's hard to tell from the video. I didn't know she had gone into that. Must admit it's a great video. I especially like the bit where the horse moves up to the jeep so she can get on! :D

Yes, that's her Napoles.

I didn't realise she was into that either...

Excellent video and incredibly well trained horses.

Something to really aspire to I reckon :)

Looks good - just one question - does anyone know why the horse backs into his stable??

Thanks gussmith, I like the way you think. and thanks to all the others for the kind comments. Also when a horse lies down when you ask him or her to....... its a great honor, it proves that there is a high level of trust and understanding. When you have had a good sweaty session and you take the saddle and bridle off in the indoor and ask them to roll and relax. They absolutely love it. They know you care and the little things do count.

So why do the horses walk in backwards to a stable?

It's an example MU of a horse being obedient with signals and small spaces. I'm sure you've seen horses back up through raised poles etc, it's all part of the same thing - can be pretty challenging for the horse.

Cool - I was wondering was it that, or was there some other reason.

Welcome Olivia!! :wave2: Great to have you on here! It's a seriously impressive video. I'm definitely going to have to attempt to teach my lot that moving over to the mounting block (car). It's such a sensible thing to be able to have them do. Love the way they all stand so quietly also.
